The 1850s Were All About Plaid


Plaid has been all over the runways for fall this year, Fashionable Reader, all it does is keep reminding me of the 1850s. (OK to be fair many things do during an edit pass!)

Sophronia's time period was lousy with plaid. Queen Victoria was a big fan of Scotland, add that to the advent of machine made clothing and plaid was everywhere. So from 2014 to 1654 here's some paid!
